1. Introduction
Welcome to GullyMentor. GullyMentor website and mentorship platform are operated by Gully System Pvt Ltd. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GullyMentor website, demo sessions, counseling services, mentorship programs, learning materials, project guidance, online tools, and related learning services.
By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, attending a demo session, applying for a program, making a payment, attending a session, or using any GullyMentor service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or register for any mentorship programs.
2. Programs & Enrolment
GullyMentor offers structured mentorship programs, including:
- Foundation Mentorship Program: Focuses on fundamentals, core syntax, and building learner discipline over a 3-month period.
- Live Project Mentorship Program: Focuses on guided project tasks, portfolio construction, and review over a 6-month period.
- Job-Ready Mentorship Program: Includes advanced project work, resume optimization, mock interviews, and career placement assistance over a 6-month period.
To enroll in any program, you must submit accurate personal information through our application forms. Enrolment is subject to availability, mentor capacity, and payment verification.
3. Code of Conduct
To maintain a collaborative and professional learning environment, all learners are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct:
- Respectful Communication: Interact with mentors, coordinators, and fellow students respectfully. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or abuse will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- Professional Discipline: Turn in assignments on time, attend scheduled review calls, and engage actively with learning materials.
- Academic Integrity: Code submitted for reviews must be your own work. Copying projects or portfolios from other resources without understanding and coding them yourself is strictly prohibited.
4. Cybersecurity Responsible Learning Policy
Critical Security Rules
For learners enrolled in our Cybersecurity or DevOps tracks, you must adhere strictly to responsible learning guidelines:
- Authorized Labs Only: You must never perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, port scanning, or database exploitation on any live corporate, governmental, or external third-party production system.
- Local Sandboxes: All practical security tests, script executions, and vulnerability assessments must be performed solely in local sandbox environments, virtual machine networks (e.g., VirtualBox, Docker), or authorized cloud labs provided by GullyMentor.
- Zero Tolerance: Any malicious action, unauthorized deployment of security tools outside designated sandboxes, or attempt to compromise other systems will lead to immediate, irreversible expulsion from the platform and potential referral to cyber law enforcement agencies.
5. Attendance & Certificate Policy
To qualify for a Program Completion Certificate, you must meet the following criteria:
- Attendance: Minimum 80% attendance on mentor sessions, group review calls, and scheduled milestones.
- Assignments: Completion and submission of all core assignments and projects defined in your career track syllabus.
- Mentor Sign-off: Successful evaluation and code review by your assigned mentor.
6. Placement Support & Disclaimers
Placement Assistance & Job Disclaimer
GullyMentor provides comprehensive career preparation and placement assistance based strictly on student performance:
- No Job Guarantees: GullyMentor does not guarantee placements, job offers, or specific packages. Your hiring outcome depends entirely on your performance in company rounds, communication skills, and project clearance.
- Eligibility for Referrals: Placement referrals, resume updates, and mock interview supports are only available to students in the Job-Ready Program who maintain 80%+ attendance, complete all assignments, and pass mentor evaluation reviews.
7. Intellectual Property
All course guides, syllabus layouts, task sheets, design structures, code templates, videos, and articles provided in the program are the exclusive intellectual property of Gully System Pvt Ltd.
Learners receive a single-user, non-transferable license to access these materials during their enrollment. You must not record sessions, share learning drive links, redistribute program materials, or resell our guides.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or difference arising out of your enrollment or website access will be subject exclusively to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
